I always love this location. Everyone is super nice, and the food is great. I always receive drinks quickly. Its only a five minute drive from Niagara College. On St. Patrick's day, the staff took great care of us despite being under pressure with a completely full restaurant. We received our food quickly, especially considering the high number of the people in the restaurant. The cocktail they had to offer just for St. Patrick's day was amazing! The franchise's half priced appetizers after 9pm deal is the best. It lets you try a few things at a way cheaper price. The bruschetta bread is probably my favorite appetizer! Sadly, some patrons like to throw their cigarettes all around the entrance. I don't remember seeing an outdoor cigarette receptacle though.
These guys make incredible wings, I tried my first steak from here and it was great. The half priced apps after 9pm is awesome, can't complain about saucy half priced wings... Steak and lobster for 25 bucks what else can I say.

We just moved to Welland and started visiting chucks in Welland in the past few months. We visited other chucks in the region and found the service and food weren't the same as this one. Pat always goes out of his way to greet us and our family and takes care of us checking in on our meals and service. His calm mannerism and passion for others happiness shows in everything he does for his guests on a daily basis. I wish there were more managers like Pat in the world. We will go out of our way to drive to the Welland chucks just to visit the staff as well as Pat. All the servers vocalize how much of a positive impact he creates for their work environment.
Food was amazing and our waiter Alek was making sure our drinks didn’t run low. He was very friendly and great to converse with. Overall a great time for a great price.
